Investments

Two ways to read investment records, depending on whose records they are.

Company-side: list, sync, retrieve

For a founder, a team member with edit access, or an app installed on the company. GET /investments lists the company's founder-visible records and syncs changes by cursor; GET /investments/{id} returns one record derived now; GET /offerings/{offering_id}/stats totals them by status. Investor identity fields need the read:investors:pii scope, which is granted per install.

→ Investments: list, sync, retrieve

Investor-side: portfolio

For an investor who authorized your app. GET /portfolio and GET /portfolio/positions return that investor's holdings with cost basis, current value, and per-security detail. An app can only read the portfolio of the user who authorized it.

→ Investor portfolio

Events

Both audiences can receive webhook events as records change: investment.created, investment.executed, investment.canceled, and the thin investment.changed sync nudge.

Money and status vocabulary

Amounts are integer minor units with a currency, never decimal dollars. An investment's status is one of reserved (a Testing-the-Waters reservation), active, executed, canceled, or converted. A reservation is not an investment until it converts.

Partner SPV investments (preview)

For a syndicate's deal, GET /syndicates/{id}/deals/{fundraise_id}/investors lists who invested. The old per-SPV investments and investors lists under /partner/spvs have been removed. See SPVs.
