Aggregate metrics for a syndicate dashboard. Requires read:syndicates; any member of the syndicate can read them.

Monetary values

total_raised is whole US dollars as a string: "107800" is $107,800.

Fields

Field	Type	Description
total_members	integer	Rows in the directory other than resigned and exiled, including email-only invitees. Soft-deleted and hellbanned users are excluded
members_by_role	object	The same rows grouped by role
total_deals	integer	Rounds in the syndicate's visible deal set, in any state (upcoming, open, closed, canceled). Not every round the syndicate has been linked to: invite-only companies' rounds are left out, and so are testing-the-waters rounds of directory companies
live_deals	integer	The subset of total_deals that is open, oversubscribed, or closing. This is the set GET /syndicates/:id/deals lists and the syndicate's deal_count
total_raised	string	Dollars of active investment across the selected deals
total_investors	integer	Distinct investors across the selected deals
recent_activity_count	integer	Audit events on the syndicate in the last 30 days

Deal counts versus selected deals. The two deal counts and the two investment figures read different sets of rounds, so do not expect total_raised to be the sum over total_deals.

• total_deals and live_deals count the visible deal set described on the deals page, one row per round.
• total_raised and total_investors count one selected deal per directory company, the same selection the member directory uses, so a company with several rounds is not double-counted. For each company the selected deal is its live round (open, oversubscribed, or closing, with funding started), otherwise its most recent successfully closed round; a company with neither contributes nothing. Testing-the-waters rounds are never selected. This selection is built from the directory companies only, so a syndicate whose deals are linked round by round rather than through directory companies reports 0 for both figures even when total_deals is not zero.

Investment figures exclude Wefunder's external-investor account and hellbanned users, matching the per-deal amount_raised on the deals endpoint.
