Before you write

  • Have the request_id. Every error body carries one. It lets us find your exact request in our logs.
  • Check the changelog for a recent change to the endpoint.
  • Check the tier. A Beta endpoint may have changed shape with a changelog note; a Preview endpoint is not part of the public API and needs preview access.

Email

[email protected] for anything about the API: bugs, questions, scope or approval requests, sandbox re-seeds, and deprecation concerns. Include your application's client ID (pk_…, never the secret), the request_id, and what you expected to happen.

SDK bugs

Each official SDK has its own issue tracker:

If you are not sure whether the bug is in the SDK or the API, email is fine; we will route it.

Security issues

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in the API or the developer portal, email [email protected] with "security" in the subject and do not open a public issue. Describe the issue, how to reproduce it, and the impact. We will acknowledge receipt and keep you informed until it is resolved. Please do not disclose publicly before then.

App review and installs

Your live key already works on companies and syndicates your organization manages. Installing your app on someone else's company or syndicate needs app review, which you request from the developer portal. Review requests land in our queue directly; there is no need to email as well.
